✨ Who are Facial Goat trainings for?
Licensed aestheticians seeking mentors and a community that feels aligned to their goals, and for those looking to raise the standards in their business practices.
These individuals deeply crave evolution, are in this industry to be of service to others, are solution-oriented, and hold themselves to a high level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
✨What types of trainings are offered?
Grow with us in three different ways: Mentorship, Workshops, and Seminars.
1. MENTORSHIP: Mentorship is offered by our founder Jena Irby, owner of SkinFIT Aesthetics and Facial Goat.
There are two ways to work with Jena:
1.) on-site at your solo or team practice OR
2.) virtually via a 1-1 phone call.

2. WORKSHOPS: Hands on workshops with our mentor team are located at our facility SkinFIT Aesthetics or at a venue.
3. SEMINARS: Our mentor team and select speakers will host seminars off site at a venue.

Generally speaking, we are designing workshops and seminars based on areas we feel have the largest areas of opportunity for industry evolution, and where we the mentors have individually excelled and therefore can confidently guide you.

✨ Can new aestheticians benefit from these trainings?
Absolutely! All licensed aestheticians are welcome to join us to further explore their journey and gain invaluable insight from our mentors who have demonstrated and proven high levels of success in their field and training topics.

✨ How do I begin and how much does it cost?
You can grow with us in three different ways: Mentorship, Workshops, and Seminars.
If you are interested to see if mentorship with Jena is a fit for you, please click here to begin the discovery phase of your mentorship journey. This initial investment phase is $120.
On-going mentorship rates are as followed:
1. $325 per hour for virtual phone calls
2. $325 per hour for in person trainings at your practice (minimum 3 hours for up to 2 people)
*these rates include any necessary preparation by Jena to ensure your time is being maximized.
